Frequently Asked Questions?

Can you guys set up our page for us?  Of course we can.  Send us your information and we will get you set up.  The more information
you have, the longer it will take us.  A basic setup should be done with 24 hours depending on how busy we are.

I set up my schedule in a microsoft word document.  Can you add that file to the website so we can just add a link to it from our
team page?
Yes we can.  We've already done that with the Illini Bluffs Fishing page.  If you attempt to copy and paste it into a blog post, it
may not paste in the correct format.  Your best bet is to send us an email with the file.  We can add it to our website and then add a link to it
from your team website.

Is there a way to get automatic emails when the coaches publish a new post?  Yes, there is.  You should see a box near the top
right of your team website.  You can add email addresses in the box, then click subscribe.  Emails typically get sent out in the morning, so it
might make sense for you to submit your posts in the evening so your students will receive them the next morning.  This is an automatic
service, which should save you some serious time over the season.  It's great for local media too because they can follow your club just by
subscribing to your team website.
